Local Government

The Village of Portage Government consists of 7 elected officials (6 Village Council members and the Mayor), 5 paid appointed positions, and 6 volunteer citizen positions (3 Planning Commission members, 1 Records Committee member, and 2 Parks Committee members).

Council Meetings

Council meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at the Village Hall.
