We Have a WinnerThe lucky winner of the Portage Lions 50/50 Raffle for the Portage 4th of July Fireworks is Kim Mank, and she is pictured here with her winning ticket and a check from the Portage Lions for $1710.
Another check for $1710 was presented to the Village of Portage at the July 7th village council meeting.
